Business Operations & Hospitality Intern

Andreea serves as the Business Operations & Hospitality Intern at W Talent Solutions. In this role, she supports a wide range of business functions including executive assistance, administrative operations, sales support, and event coordination. Her responsibilities also extend to managing data and CRM systems, supporting social media efforts, and contributing to client relations and project management. With a strong desire to build foundational experience in business development, she is passionate about learning the inner workings of business operations and enhancing her skills in communication, strategic planning, and organization.

Before joining W Talent Solutions, Andreea worked as a receptionist at a car dealership while also serving as an intern with the Athletics Department at Eastern Michigan University. She also worked as a marketing and design consultant for Kate Deupree Studio, an interior design firm based in Grand Rapids, where she contributed to brand visuals and client outreach strategies.

She is currently a senior at Eastern Michigan University, where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

Deeply committed to giving back, Andreea has volunteered by organizing Thanksgiving food basket fundraisers and helping distribute essentials at her local food pantry. She is also excited to begin her upcoming involvement with the YWCA through W Talent Solutions’ community partnership.

Outside of work, Andreea enjoys boating, traveling, reading, and running. She finds joy in spending quality time with friends and family and is always eager to embrace new adventures.
