Paige LaMott

Business Development Intern

Paige LaMott is a business development intern at W Talent Solutions, where she leverages platforms such as ChangeTower and Loxo to monitor career sites, maintain accurate business data, and ensure information remains current and actionable. In her role, Paige is focused on deepening her understanding of CRM systems, gaining exposure to the HR industry and developing clarity around her long-term career interests. She is particularly interested in the growing influence of AI in the modern workplace and is passionate about learning how emerging technologies are reshaping business and talent strategies.

Alongside her internship, Paige works part-time as a sales associate at Madewell, where she delivers an exceptional customer experience, applies her product expertise, and upholds brand and visual standards. Previously, she spent two summers in Southampton, New York, working at a private members club, where she managed event sign-ups, coordinated tennis scheduling, and oversaw retail operations. Before that, she worked at Cherry Republic in Traverse City, supporting store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Paige is a junior at Grand Valley State University pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and is on track to graduate in the spring of 2027.

Outside of work and school, Paige volunteers at her local Humane Society, a commitment inspired by her rescue of a lost dog during a summer rainstorm. Her passion for animals and desire to make a positive impact in her community drive her ongoing involvement.

In her free time, Paige enjoys baking — especially her signature rosemary sea salt bagels — and experimenting with new recipes, including her next challenge: mastering sourdough. She also loves spending time outdoors, staying active at the gym and exploring new restaurants. A true foodie and travel enthusiast, she dreams of spending a “European summer” experiencing new cultures, beautiful destinations and incredible cuisine.

Why Your Recruiting Funnel is Failing & How to Fix it in 2026

Your recruiting funnel is not broken. It is outdated. Ghosting, slow time to hire, recruiter burnout, and bloated interview processes are not isolated issues. They are symptoms of a hiring system built for a market that no longer exists. If your hiring process feels harder than it should, this report explains why.

In Why Your Recruiting Funnel Is Failing and How to Fix It in 2026, W Talent Solutions breaks down what is really driving talent friction and what high performing companies are doing differently. You will see the data behind longer hiring cycles, overloaded recruiters, and leaky funnels, plus a clear five point plan to modernize your approach. This is not theory. It is a practical playbook to help you hire faster, protect candidate experience, and turn hiring into a real competitive advantage heading into 2026.
