Bailey Scinto serves as Talent Sourcing Lead at W Talent Solutions, where she leads sourcing strategy and talent research efforts in support of executive and professional search engagements across a variety of industries. She specializes in building targeted talent pipelines, conducting market research, and partnering closely with recruiters and account managers to develop effective search strategies for clients. Bailey also plays a key role in mentoring members of the sourcing team and continuously enhancing sourcing processes to deliver high-quality, data-driven results.

Prior to joining W Talent Solutions, Bailey served as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner with High Liner Foods, supporting recruiting initiatives within the food manufacturing industry. She previously worked as a Senior Recruiter at SAY Group, where she partnered with clients across architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, and consumer packaged goods sectors. Earlier in her career, Bailey was a Recruiting Manager with Nolan Transportation Group, leading hiring efforts within the supply chain and logistics industry. Her diverse recruiting background provides valuable insight into talent markets across multiple industries and functions.

Bailey earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Kennesaw State University. She has also volunteered with MUST Ministries and looks forward to participating in future community initiatives through W Talent Solutions, including opportunities connected to the firm’s partnership with the YWCA.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys spending time with her husband, their son Bennett, and their border collie, Ollie. She is an avid reader of psychological thrillers, enjoys discovering new gluten-free restaurants, stays active through Burn Boot Camp, and remains involved in her church community. During football season, she can often be found cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
