The conception of W Talent Solutions represented a monumental moment for Ashley to take her life into her own hands and to blaze a new trail for herself that she never thought possible. W Talent Solutions and its underlying mission were created in hopes of making the same impact in the lives of others that a handful of select nonprofits made in Ashley’s life.
