Weslee Clyde serves as Director of Marketing Operations at W Talent Solutions, where she is responsible for building the systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure that support the firm’s continued growth. She partners closely with leadership to create scalable marketing operations, optimize technology and data systems, and provide visibility into the metrics that drive business performance. Weslee is passionate about transforming growth from a goal into a measurable, repeatable process that enables teams to work more efficiently and make informed decisions.

Over the past decade, Weslee has helped organizations strengthen their operations by developing systems and processes that connect people, data, and technology. Her experience spans B2B and SaaS environments, where she has specialized in leveraging HubSpot and other technology platforms to streamline operations, improve customer experiences, and create reporting frameworks that support strategic decision-making. Throughout her career, she has focused on helping organizations gain greater visibility into performance, identify opportunities for growth, and build scalable operational foundations.

Weslee earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations with a focus in marketing from Kent State University. She is also a trained Crisis Counselor with Crisis Text Line, a nonprofit organization that provides free, confidential mental health support to individuals experiencing emotional distress and crisis. Through her volunteer work, she has developed a deep appreciation for the importance of accessible mental health resources and community support.

Outside of work, Weslee enjoys spending time with her husband, reading, cooking, and baking. A lifelong book lover, she reads approximately 150 books each year and has built a personal library of more than 500 books. After being diagnosed with Celiac disease, she developed a passion for creating delicious gluten-free recipes and enjoys experimenting in the kitchen whenever she can.
