As an executive recruiter at W Talent Solutions, Alyssa plays a pivotal role in identifying top-tier talent for key positions, leveraging expertise in candidate assessment and relationship-building. Her primary focus is on establishing lasting connections with clients and candidates and facilitating strategic placements that drive growth and success for businesses while advancing careers for individuals.

With over four years of experience in the human resources and recruiting field, Alyssa has a strong professional history. Before joining W Talent Solutions, she excelled in recruiting for a local logistics company in Grand Rapids, successfully hiring over 250 professionals across various roles, including sales, marketing, finance, recruiting and administration.

Alyssa earned her bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Grand Valley State University. Committed to continuous learning, she brings a solid educational foundation to her role.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Alyssa actively engages with the community. She serves on the Heart of West Michigan Emerging Leaders United Board, volunteers for Kids Food Basket and Meals on Wheels and mentors students through Affinity Mentoring. In the upcoming year, she will also take on the role of a Girls on the Run coach.

Outside of work, Alyssa is an enthusiast for fitness and outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and boating. She loves exploring the vibrant culture of Grand Rapids and won’t pass up a chance to check out new events, restaurants and breweries in the area.
