Before joining W Talent Solutions, she excelled in recruiting for a local logistics company in Grand Rapids, successfully hiring over 250 professionals across various roles, including sales, marketing, finance, recruiting and administration.
Alyssa earned her bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Grand Valley State University. Committed to continuous learning, she brings a solid educational foundation to her role.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Alyssa actively engages with the community. She serves on the Heart of West Michigan Emerging Leaders United Board, volunteers for Kids Food Basket and Meals on Wheels and mentors students through Affinity Mentoring. In the upcoming year, she will also take on the role of a Girls on the Run coach.
