She focuses on building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, partnering closely with organizations to make thoughtful, strategic hires while helping individuals navigate meaningful career moves.


Alyssa brings over four years of experience in recruiting and human resources. Prior to joining W Talent Solutions, she recruited for a local logistics company in Grand Rapids, where she successfully hired more than 250 professionals across sales, marketing, finance, recruiting, and administrative functions. This experience gave her a strong foundation in understanding business needs across a wide range of roles and industries.


She earned her bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Grand Valley State University and values continuous learning and growth within the recruiting space.


Outside of work, Alyssa loves spending time with her husband and their dog, Cooper. Whether it’s visiting the Pack dog park, trying out new breweries, being on the boat in the summer, or spending quality time with friends and family, she enjoys staying active and making the most of life in and around Grand Rapids.
