Ashley Ward is the CEO of W Talent Solutions, where she leads talent strategy, brand management, and national expansion. As a trusted partner to Boards, C-Suites, and Private Equity firms, Ashley has conducted more than 20,000 executive interviews and placed leaders at the President and C-level for some of the nation’s leading brands. She is certified in multiple psychometric assessment tools and frequently facilitates large-scale leadership workshops as a Certified Predictive Index Partner.

Ashley launched W Talent Solutions in 2017 with a mission-driven model: ten percent of all profits are donated to nonprofits in the communities they serve. Under her leadership, the firm has become a nationally recognized executive search partner and expert in the talent landscape.

Before founding W Talent Solutions, Ashley served as Director of Recruitment for one of the largest financial services firms in the U.S., and helped scale a freight brokerage to $2 billion in revenue by building out recruitment for its nationwide office expansion. She then spent several years in executive search with a boutique headhunting firm, specializing in high-impact placements for business and HR leaders.

Ashley is also deeply engaged in community and philanthropic leadership. She is the Chair of the Advancement Committee for Wedgwood Christian Services, serves on the City of Grand Rapids Downtown Improvement District Board, and sits on the YWCA’s Fund Development Committee. She is also a graduate of the Jandernoa Entrepreneurial Mentorship Program (JEM), where she was awarded the prestigious Jerry Scott Leadership Award and now serves as Ambassador.
