In her role, she supports the recruiting team’s efforts to source and engage top-tier talent while learning the intricacies of the talent acquisition process. Before joining W Talent Solutions, Brianna gained valuable business and HR experience working at HUB International, one of the leading insurance brokerages in North America. As an Operations Administrator and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at HUB’s Grand Rapids office, she supported both administrative operations and recruitment activities. She also currently works with Olivia Grace and Company, helping to create joyful, immersive experiences for families across Michigan through character performance and event support.
Brianna is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management at Grand Valley State University, with an expected graduation in Spring 2026. Her academic focus, combined with real-world experience, continues to deepen her understanding of talent management, organizational strategy, and workplace culture.
Brianna is an active member of Chapel Pointe Church in Hudsonville, where she participates in young adult and small group ministries focused on service and community outreach. She has also served on the church’s praise and worship team and supported children’s ministry programs. Through her role at Olivia Grace and Company, Brianna volunteers as a character performer for community events, children’s hospitals, and Make-A-Wish visits. The company’s “Magic Fund” supports underserved families and children facing medical challenges—a mission Brianna is proud to advance. Some of her favorite events include performing for individuals with special needs at Tim Tebow Foundation’s Night to Shine.
Outside of work and school, Brianna enjoys reading fantasy novels, attending literary events, and exploring creative outlets like event planning and photography. She is also an award-winning trained ballroom dancer who loves expressing joy and connection through movement, music, and storytelling.
