She supports the firm’s recruiting team by identifying and engaging high-caliber candidates for open roles, with a particular focus on complex and highly specialized searches. She serves as an expediter in the talent acquisition process, helping ensure the right talent is identified efficiently so clients can move forward and achieve their goals without delay.

Prior to joining the firm, Hayley built a diverse, people-centered career across education, health care leadership, and executive career services. While earning her master of business administration at the University of Missouri–Kansas City, she taught business communication courses to undergraduate students, specializing in resume development and public speaking. During this time, she discovered a passion for helping individuals clearly articulate their experience and value through their professional story.

Following graduate school, Hayley transitioned into health care operations leadership, serving in executive roles within skilled nursing facilities. She led operations across multiple locations and held regional director responsibilities, with a focus on regulatory compliance, financial performance and reimbursement strategy, employee engagement and retention, and leadership development. Her experience in high-stakes, highly regulated environments strengthened her ability to evaluate talent through both performance and potential.

Most recently, Hayley returned to resume writing and career strategy, serving as an executive resume writer and lead writer for several globally recognized firms. She partnered with professionals across industries and geographies to help them clearly define their value and position themselves competitively for their next career move, experience that directly informs her sourcing and candidate evaluation work today.

Hayley holds a bachelor of business administration in finance and a master of business administration in finance from the University of Missouri. She is SHRM-CP certified, a certified professional resume writer, and a licensed nursing home administrator.

She is actively involved in her community through volunteer work at Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, Kansas. She also serves as a Girl Scout troop leader, supports her local school PTO, assists with elementary school activities, and volunteers with Wayside Waifs. She looks forward to expanding her community involvement through W Talent Solutions’ partnerships with organizations such as the YWCA and Wedgwood.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys staying active with her husband through pickleball and spending weekends supporting her daughter’s swimming and competitive dance activities. She and her family value the arts and theater and regularly attend performances throughout the Kansas City area. An avid traveler, she enjoys both Disney destinations and international travel, with favorite trips including Tokyo, Melbourne, and London.
