As a talent strategist at W Talent Solutions, Jade is often the first point of contact for organizations exploring how to strengthen their leadership teams. She takes a thoughtful, consultative approach, focused on understanding each organization’s unique challenges and connecting them with the right expertise within the WTS team. Through genuine relationship-building and intentional outreach, Jade helps spark meaningful conversations that lead to tailored talent solutions and long-term partnerships.
Before joining W Talent Solutions, Jade spent five years working in retail, where she focused on supporting merchandising strategies, sales initiatives and enhancing the customer experience. She also completed a marketing internship with the Ada Business Association, where she managed social media channels, contributed to marketing campaigns, and assisted in coordinating events.
Jade holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Grand Rapids Community College, as well as a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in Digital Marketing from Ferris State University.
Passionate about giving back to her community, Jade volunteers with North Kent Connect, the YWCA, Wedgewood Christian Services, and the Grand Rapids Marathon. Giving back is something Jade truly values, and she finds purpose in supporting organizations that strengthen and uplift the community she calls home.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. She loves discovering new restaurants, coffee shops, and local activities around Grand Rapids, and most of all, values time spent with her family, especially her nieces and nephews, and friends.
