Jana serves as Director of Executive Recruiting at W Talent Solutions, where she leads executive search engagements and partners with organizations nationwide to identify and hire transformational leadership talent. She works closely with clients to build lasting partnerships, develop strategic search plans, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes for critical executive and leadership roles. Drawing on extensive experience in executive recruiting and talent acquisition leadership, Jana is committed to helping organizations connect with leaders who create lasting business impact.

Prior to joining W Talent Solutions, Jana spent more than a decade with Gartner, where she held progressive talent acquisition leadership roles supporting one of the world’s leading research and advisory firms. During her tenure, she partnered with executive leadership to recruit top talent across sales, go-to-market, human resources, technical, and executive functions while helping support the organization’s growth to more than 20,000 employees worldwide. She also led global recruiting initiatives, developed talent acquisition strategies, implemented recruiting process improvements, and partnered with senior executives to strengthen hiring performance across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Following Gartner, Jana founded her own consulting practice, where she advised organizations on executive search and talent strategy.

Jana earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. She remains active in her community through her church’s women’s outreach program, volunteers with career services at Florida Gulf Coast University, and serves as a board member within her neighborhood community.

Outside of work, Jana enjoys spending time with her two children and embracing the Southwest Florida lifestyle. She enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and taking advantage of every opportunity to enjoy the beach with family and friends.
