Jess Senk is the Senior Manager of Executive Search and Talent Consulting at W Talent Solutions. In this role, she specializes in identifying and recruiting top-tier talent by deeply understanding clients’ business needs and conducting comprehensive market research. Jess excels in evaluating and presenting high-caliber candidates, facilitating interviews, and managing the offer process to ensure a perfect fit between candidates and organizations. Additionally, she provides talent consulting services to help organizations develop effective talent strategies and optimize their workforce.

Prior to joining W Talent Solutions, Jess gained extensive experience in Strategic HR Management, Leadership Development, and Talent Acquisition. Her background includes crafting effective HR strategies, nurturing leadership capabilities, and executing talent acquisition initiatives that align with organizational goals. This experience has honed her ability to address complex talent needs and deliver impactful solutions for diverse business challenges.

Jess graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is dedicated to staying at the forefront of HR and talent practices through ongoing professional development and actively pursues opportunities to broaden her expertise.

Jess is actively involved in her community through various initiatives. She volunteers at the YWCA as part of W Talent Solutions’ partnership. Additionally, Jess is a member of KHRMA and has served as a mentor within the organization. She also volunteers at John Ball Zoo and has partnered with the Salvation Army for several years during the holidays, supporting their efforts to assist those in need.

Outside of work, Jess loves spending quality time with her fiancé, son, and beloved dog. Her passions include traveling to new destinations, hiking in scenic landscapes, and indulging in water adventures like scuba diving. When they’re not exploring, Jess and her family enjoy riding bikes, gardening, and engaging in various outdoor activities together at home.
