Jess Senk is the senior manager of executive search and HR consulting at W Talent Solutions. She partners closely with organizations to design and execute talent strategies that drive business outcomes. Jess excels in managing client relationships, understanding organizational priorities, and translating them into actionable recruitment plans. She leads executive search engagements end-to-end, conducting market research, evaluating top-tier talent, facilitating interviews, and managing offers, ensuring a seamless match between candidates and organizational needs.

 Beyond search, Jess provides strategic HR consulting, acting as a dedicated HR partner to support policy and compliance, employee relations, performance management, engagement and retention initiatives, HR analytics and reporting, and a wide range of other HR services tailored to each organization’s unique needs.
Prior to joining W Talent Solutions, Jess gained extensive experience in strategic HR management, leadership development and talent acquisition. Her background includes crafting effective HR strategies, nurturing leadership capabilities, and executing talent acquisition initiatives that align with organizational goals. This experience has honed her ability to address complex talent needs and deliver impactful solutions for diverse business challenges.
Jess earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Western Michigan University and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) as well as a Predictive Index Talent Optimization Consultant. She stays at the forefront of HR and talent practices through ongoing professional development and as an active member of the Kalamazoo Human Resources Management Association (KHRMA).
Jess is actively involved in her community through a variety of initiatives. She volunteers with the YWCA and the John Ball Zoo. Through her involvement with KHRMA, she volunteers at local non-profits and, in partnership with KRESA, volunteers her time to teach high school students essential career skills, including resume writing and interview preparation.

Outside of work, Jess loves spending time with her husband, Eric, their son, Declan, and their furry sidekick, Winnie. She’s passionate about traveling, hiking, and water adventures, as a certified scuba diver. Her family loves exploring and is working toward their goal of visiting every national park in the U.S. and often discovering hidden gems in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula or enjoying sunny escapes to California. When they’re not traveling, they enjoy mountain biking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
