Justin Csernai

Justin Csernai is the director of executive search at W Talent Solutions, where he leads the business development, strategic growth and overall management of the professional services division. In this role, he aims to contribute to the continued growth of the firm and solidify its standing as the premier executive search and talent solutions provider in the market.

Before joining W Talent Solutions, Justin served as an agency recruiting manager for the commercial banking division for over half a decade, focusing on business development and recruitment across the Midwest, New England and Texas markets. Prior to that, he held various roles in customer support and finance/accounting at a managed services company in technology for five years.

Justin earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Baker College of Michigan. He is actively involved in his community, serving on the board of his local hockey association, coaching his son’s sports teams, and volunteering with organizations such as Kids Food Basket, Feeding America and the YWCA through W Talent Solutions’ partnership.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children, all under the age of 8, on their 5-acre property. The family enjoys outdoor activities like swimming, camping, and gardening and they are always on the go with their children’s various sports and extracurricular activities.
