Madeline Bratt is a Data Analyst Intern at W Talent Solutions, where she supports workflow automation and data-driven decision-making across the organization. Before joining W Talent Solutions, Madeline worked as a Starbucks barista for three and a half years. That experience strengthened her ability to work in fast-paced environments, deliver consistent results and serve customers with care and attention to detail.
Madeline is currently a junior at Calvin University, where she is double majoring in Data Science and Finance. She serves on the leadership team for the university’s Girls Who Code chapter, helping plan professional development events, collaborate with faculty and cross-campus organizations, and build community among women pursuing computer science. She also volunteers as an administrator for a local elementary and middle school Girls Who Code club, supporting young students as they explore technology and coding.
Outside of work and academics, Madeline enjoys exploring Michigan’s hiking trails with friends and family, especially along the lakeshore. She paints acrylic portraits and landscapes in her free time and is passionate about coffee, from discovering new local shops to experimenting with recipes and learning about its history.
