Madi Higashi serves as the executive support specialist at W Talent Solutions, where she has been a key member of the team for the past two years. This experience shaped her strengths in communication, organization, empathy, and problem-solving, skills she now applies in a fast-paced business environment.
After transitioning into digital marketing and executive support, Madi expanded her responsibilities to include meeting coordination, inquiry management, and data accuracy, bridging her healthcare foundation with business operations. She is currently pursuing additional certifications in the business field.
Madi is passionate about giving back to her community. She volunteers with North Kent Connect and the YWCA and has supported initiatives such as Special Olympics, canned food drives, and Earth Day park cleanups.
Outside of work, Madi enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs. She loves the outdoors, whether snowboarding, biking, playing volleyball, or relaxing at the beach. She also enjoys hosting game nights and unwinding with her favorite guilty pleasure: reality TV.
