Matt Chapman

Matt Chapman is the manager of executive search at W Talent Solutions, where he specializes in aligning individual talents and personas with the unique cultures and needs of organizations. By working closely with both clients and candidates, Matt aims to foster successful partnerships that benefit both parties. His ambition is to continue growing in his role and help solidify W Talent Solutions as a leading executive search firm in the industry.

Prior to joining W Talent Solutions, Matt spent several years as a recruiter and account manager, with a primary focus on the banking sector. He also brings over a decade of experience in customer-facing roles, including customer success and customer service, where he honed his relationship management and client service skills.

Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Western Michigan University. He is actively involved in his community through volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity and enjoys contributing to the YWCA as part of W Talent Solutions’ partnership.

In his free time, Matt enjoys staying active by playing on a men’s league ice hockey team, golfing, and bowling. He is also an avid sci-fi enthusiast, particularly enjoying stories that explore space travel. When not engaging in his hobbies, Matt can be found cooking, playing games, or spending quality time with his friends, family, significant other, and his beloved dog, Marley.
