With a background as a territory manager in third-party logistics, Melanie has a proven track record in business development, strategic relationship management and cross-functional collaboration. Her expertise in sales and negotiation, coupled with a strong problem-solving approach, enables her to drive success for both clients and candidates.

Melanie earned a bachelor’s degree in human sciences from Michigan State University, specializing in kinesiology with a minor in health promotion. Passionate about giving back, she has been actively involved in community initiatives across metro Detroit and looks forward to expanding her impact through W Talent Solutions’ partnership with the YWCA.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys exploring new restaurants and networking throughout metro Detroit, as well as spending summers on the lake. She also appreciates quiet moments at home, unwinding with a great book and a favorite candle.
