Senior Manager | Executive Search

Nicole serves as manager of executive search at W Talent Solutions. She creates new opportunities for the firm through sales engagements and relationship building. She also handles sourcing a broad range of high-quality professionals and interviewing them to determine the best fit for our clients across the nation.

Nicole is psychometric tool certified in Predictive Index, while also holding her certificate in talent optimization. During her time at W Talent Solutions, she has conducted over 2,000 professional candidate interviews and has helped her clients hire countless individuals for c-suite, vice president, and director level positions including VP of finance, director of IT, finance leader, president and operations manager this past year. She also holds W Talent Solutions’ record for most hires in one year.

Prior to joining the W Talent Solutions team, Nicole built and grew local and national relationships with a large client base across multiple industries. Nicole has been recognized for four consecutive years for her outstanding performance. Nicole graduated from Northwood University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management.

She is actively involved in the community spending her time volunteering with numerous committees including LaughFest, Kids’ Food Basket and the American Cancer Society. Nicole and her husband host a yearly virtual 5K fundraiser for The Skin Cancer Foundation each May.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and dog. She loves traveling, cooking, and seeking out the best Michigan sunsets.
