Nicole serves as Senior Manager of Executive Search at W Talent Solutions, where she partners with organizations nationwide to recruit leaders who drive business results. She leads executive search engagements while also developing client relationships and helping organizations navigate complex hiring challenges.

As one of the firm’s longest-tenured team members, Nicole has spent more than six years helping clients identify, evaluate, and hire top talent across a variety of industries and functions. She specializes in executive and professional-level searches and has experience supporting C-suite, vice president, director, and manager-level hiring initiatives.

During her tenure at W Talent Solutions, Nicole has conducted nearly 5,000 professional interviews and has successfully helped organizations hire leaders including presidents, managing directors, chief marketing officers, vice presidents of finance, IT directors, finance leaders, and operations managers. Her experience allows her to assess both the technical qualifications and leadership capabilities required for long-term success.

Nicole is certified in the Predictive Index and holds a certificate in Talent Optimization. Prior to joining W Talent Solutions, she built and managed local and national client relationships across multiple industries. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Northwood University.

She is actively involved in the community and volunteers with organizations including the YWCA, LaughFest, and The Skin Cancer Foundation.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, finding new brunch spots, and seeking out the best sunsets Michigan has to offer.
