Tasia is the managing director at W Talent Solutions. She helps set the firm’s direction for delivering the highest caliber recruiting and talent strategy services. She oversees the firm’s recruiting, consulting, and operations teams. She is certified in nearly a dozen psychometric assessment tools used to help clients identify and engage top-level talent and is an avid talent strategy workshop facilitator for executive leadership teams.
Prior to joining the firm, Tasia has had a decade’s long career in organizational development, leadership coaching, and recruitment strategies. She has experience bringing the best and brightest talent optimization tools to the workforce to improve engagement, retention, and productivity—from performance management processes to employee psychometrics, talent development and retention initiatives, she brings a host of unique and creative ideas to help other organizations solve their toughest talent challenges.
Tasia is highly experienced in technical, financial, manufacturing, and executive recruiting, and serves as a talent and human resources consultant to many local and national clients. She spent several years working in manufacturing, financial services, and consulting and loves the variety and unique challenges that each industry presents.
Tasia hails from Grand Valley State University, is a Society of Human Resources Management, Sr. Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and is always looking for new learning opportunities to sharpen her skills.
As an East Coast native, Tasia grew up a frequent traveler and now calls Michigan home. In her free time, she enjoys boating and snowmobiling in Northern Michigan with her husband and three dogs. When she’s not on the go, you can find her at home working on yet another, home renovation.
