Since its inception, W Talent Solutions has been dedicated to positively impacting the lives of the communities it serves. To further this mission, W Talent Solutions has partnered with the YWCA to support their goals of eliminating racism, empowering women and girls, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.


In 2023 alone, W Talent Solutions volunteered over 197 hours, with team members cleaning pantries, organizing clothes for women and children at a domestic violence shelter, and more. Throughout its history, W Talent Solutions has donated over $50,000 to local organizations and annually contributes 10 percent of its profits to the YWCA.
