Hi there! I’m Jess, senior manager of executive recruiting and talent consulting at W Talent Solutions. My journey started with a degree in HR management, and just a couple of years in, I was building an HR department. Soon after, I joined the leadership team, contributing to strategic decisions that helped drive growth.

One of my biggest discoveries? I have a knack for finding top talent. On average, I brought in 70% of new hires each year, which allowed us to scale back on external recruiting firms. Balancing talent acquisition with HR operations and leadership was incredibly rewarding. But over time, I felt called to expand my impact — helping multiple companies attract and retain great talent while building strong HR foundations.
